These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of voltparks.com (the "Site") and the services of VOLT Adventure Park, operated by Jaguar Adventures LLC ("VOLT," "we," "us"). By using the Site, submitting an inquiry, or opting in to our communications, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Site
The Site provides information about our parks, hours, attractions, parties, and memberships, and lets you submit inquiries and access our booking and waiver services. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
Bookings, Tickets, and Waivers
Ticket purchases, party bookings, memberships, and waivers are processed through our booking provider. Additional terms presented at checkout or waiver signing apply to those transactions. Participation in park activities is subject to our posted rules and a signed liability waiver.

By checking the applicable consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from VOLT Adventure Park (Jaguar Adventures LLC) at the phone number you provide:
- Transactional and informational messages, such as responses to your inquiries, booking confirmations, and follow-ups, if you check the transactional consent box
- Marketing and promotional messages, such as offers and event announcements, if you check the marketing consent box

- Consent is not a condition of any purchase

Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including the VOLT name, logo, and branding, are owned by or licensed to Jaguar Adventures LLC and may not be used without permission.

The Site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOLT and Jaguar Adventures LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
